In Spring 1992, former School Food Services Director Pat Holstein and her staff compiled a scrapbook of photographs and articles on their program and submitted it to the South Carolina Department of Education for nomination to the USDA first annual Best Practices Award Program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope and Content<\/strong>: The collection consists of eight folders of photographs, many of which are duplicates; three Project S.I.F.T. (Skill Improvement Foodservice Techniques) binders; and the copied contents of a scrapbook\/binder containing newspaper clippings, articles, and photographs submitted for the 1992 USDA &#8220;Best Practices&#8221; award competition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inventory<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<strong>Box 1 of 1: Training Materials, Photographs, and Conference Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>B1.
