This resource was developed to assist chefs with teaching the importance of varying vegetable consumption to elementary school students. The lesson features the MyPlate food groups and the opportunity for chefs to provide culinary education to students. The lesson includes two tasting activities that utilize different vegetables and flavors in unique, kid-friendly ways.
