Mrs. Lott began her career with Southern Mississippi in 1994, holding numerous staff positions until beginning her career with ICN, ARD in 2016. In that time, she has managed grant operations for 15 years. Mrs. Lott completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1993 and her Master of Science in Instructional Technology in 2017 at USM.
