BA Journalism, University of Mississippi (2001) Darcy (Colley) Rhynes is the Contracts and Grants Specialist for the Institute of Child Nutrition (formally National Food Service Management Institute) since March 2011. Previous titles also include Project Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator. She was the Administrative Assistant and Adviser to The Ole Miss yearbook with the S. Gale Denley Student Media Center from July 2001 until March 2011 and as a student office assistant from February 1999 until July 2001.
