Heather has over 25 years of experience in early childhood, special education, nutrition, preschool administration, and undergraduate adult learning. She currently serves an Education and Training Specialist for the Institute of Child Nutrition where her focus is on federal child nutrition programs such as CACFP and NSLP. She has served as a child nutrition consultant for KY DOE; ECE adjunct faculty for KCTCS, a director of Head Start, afterschool, and family child care programs; and a state-licensed rater for ERS, assisting in the formation of the KY ALL STARS.
