Melissa is a Network Administrator III and has been with ICN since 2014.  She holds a BBA with a double major in Management and Computer Information Systems, as well as being a Certified Internet Webmaster. Melissa brings 25 years of experience in information technology to the Information Services Division at ICN. She is responsible for building, maintaining, and securing the network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
