Before joining the Institute of Child Nutrition in 2010, Elizabeth was co-owner of a multi-media company of yellow page and billboard advertising. She has a business degree with an emphasis on Integrated Marketing and Communications from Mississippi State University and years of experience in marketing. During her 13 years with the Institute, Elizabeth has worked to help spread brand awareness of the mission and vision of ICN. Just a few of the milestones she has witnessed are the rebranding of ICN, establishment of the Culinary Institute of Child Nutrition, launch of iLearn, and incredible growth in outreach and knowledge of the work being done by the amazing ICN team.
