Molle Polzin is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of community nutrition, public health, and as a Training Coordinator. Molle is an Education and Training Specialist with the Institute of Child Nutrition (ICN) where she develops nutrition resources and training for child nutrition programs. Molle is passionate about helping early childhood professionals create fun learning experiences while serving healthy and safe meals to the children in their care.
