Emily Williams provides information management and administrative assistance to ICN’s Information Services Department. She provides helpdesk assistance and technical support to customers utilizing ICN’s online courses, which are designed to support the professional development of child nutrition programs and child care personnel at all levels of responsibility.Prior to her employment with ICN, Emily assisted in non-profit, eLearning programs at South Panola High School and the Educate Learning Center in Como, focusing on dropout prevention and eradicating poverty through education. She has served as an AmeriCorps Volunteer at the O.B. McClinton Foundation, focusing on summer educational and recreational programs, and also has over 15 years of journalism, photography, and staff writing experience. Emily graduated from Northwest Community College and majored in journalism while attending The University of Mississippi.
