Ongoing Evaluation of Culturally Inclusive Recipes

It is important to evaluate the process and monitor participation in the meal program when including culturally inclusive items on the school menu. There are benefits to receiving immediate feedback on the new menu items from students and other stakeholders; however, patterns in participation changes may not be seen until the new item is offered for three or more menu cycles.
