Manuscript Collections

The CNA manuscript collections contain multiple

elements of child nutrition operations, including

government documents, correspondence, regulations,

production records, training materials, recipes,

newspaper and magazine clippings, lunch tickets and

tokens, and other school foodservice related items. Full

inventories of many of the collections are posted on the

ICN website.
