This resource is for those interested in hosting a culinary workshop for school nutrition professionals. As part of the Montana School Meals Certificate Program, Montana Team Nutrition has designed Culinary Workshops for school nutrition professionals to improve knife skills, scratch-cooking techniques, and discover new recipes. These workshops are intensive all-day events requiring an initial registration, pre-assessment, and post-assessment after the training. This guide includes a summary of the culinary workshops, training content covered in the workshops, a one and two day agenda to be used by instructors, learning objectives, workshop registration questions, and a post assessment which can be utilized before and after the training.
