Tortillas can be a part of any meal. In this simple recipe, a whole grain-rich tortilla is filled with fruit, yogurt, and granola (optional) for a cool and crunchy breakfast offering.  - ¾ cup Greek yogurt, non-fat, vanilla
 - 1½ cups Strawberries, fresh, ¼" diced (gently wash strawberries under running water before cutting)

Instructions
- Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
 - Spread ¼ cup of yogurt on each tortilla.
 - Top each tortilla with ½ cup diced strawberries.
 - Sprinkle each tortilla with 1 Tbsp granola (optional).
 - Roll tortillas like a burrito.
 - Cut in half on a bias (at an angle)
 - Serve 1 half. Serve immediately, or keep cold at 40 °F or lower.
