Managing food allergies is a continued concern for school nutrition professionals. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that 1 in 13 children (8%) have food allergies. ICN produced four, independent animated videos to show the basics of food allergy management including reading food labels for allergens, avoiding cross-contact, and serving allergen-free food safely.
