It provides a valuable venue where school nutrition professionals can assist teachers and parents in encouraging children to make wise food choices that will contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Utilizing the Cafeteria as a Classroom is designed to provide school nutrition professionals with the tools and resources to enable them to develop and enhance a school nutrition program that will be recognized as an integral part of the education system.

Three Things to Remember:
- ICN requires at least 8-10 weeks’ advance notice before the training date to schedule and plan a training session.
- ICN Consultant Trainers must train a minimum of 4 hours in a single day.
- A minimum of 25-30 participants is required for ICN to provide a training session.
