Will all of the current online training opportunities eventually be offered in the new eLearning Portal? I have noticed that the offerings in Phase 1 and Phase 2 do not include all of the current training offerings.

We are going through an extensive review and revise process of all of our online courses. We decided to retire a few courses because of outdated information. We will continue to grow our online course catalog with current, up-to-date topics.

Will I receive notification of new portal website? I’m currently interested in taking classes through the current website. Will I be able to access?

Yes, we will send out a notification 2 weeks prior to the launch date as a reminder to finish taking courses and retrieving certificates. Then, we will send out an email the day it launches prompting you to create a profile.

How long will I have to complete course I’m currently taking and to retrieve my certificates?

  • Wednesday, May 17th – ICN’s current online catalog will be removed and registration for courses will no longer be available until the new eLearning Portal is launched.
