USDA Recipes for Child Care

These Child Nutrition recipes were developed and standardized by the Food and Nutrition Service of USDA to assist CACFP operators in meeting the new meal pattern requirements by providing appealing, kid-approved recipes that incorporate whole grains and vegetables (dark-green, red/orange and beans/peas vegetable subgroups).
