The Culinary Quick Bites training series is an onsite culinary training program that is to be facilitated by a staff member of the School Food Authority (SFA) that oversees food production. The training series aims to provide culinary training to food production staff in short, single-topic training sessions. The training series comprises 50 individual training modules (each independent of each other) and building upon the overall culinary skillset of food production staff.
