Culinary Quick Bites is a short-format (15-Minute) training series intended to be facilitated on-site by School Food Authority (SFA) staff overseeing food production. Each lesson focuses on a specific culinary-related training topic. Each short training includes the lesson objective, facilitation guide, and talking points for the facilitator; an infographic visually representing the culinary skill or task, an instructional video demonstrating the skill or task (with an ICN chef as the subject matter expert in the video), and an activity to be facilitated by the SFA staff.
